Lemon Slice
Ingredients Putting it together 

CRUST
1c	graham crumbs
1/2c	butter
1/2 c	sugar

FILLING
3/4c	sugar
1/3c	flour
1tbs	water
3	egg yolks
1	juiced lemon
3	egg whites
1	handful
	graham crumbs



Crumble all crust ingredients together press into ungreased 9 X 9
Bake 350o for 10 minutes

In double boiler combine sugar, flour, water, egg yolks, juice and cook till thickens. Beat whites until stiff and fold into hot mixture. Spread over cookie sprinkle with crumbs
Bake 350o for 3 minutes . . .cut
