Banana Treasures
Ingredients Putting it together

3	bananas
2 tbs	butter or margarine
1/4 c	brown sugar
1 pt	vanilla ice cream,softened
2 tbs	light rum 



Peel bananas and split lengthwise. Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Add sugar and stir until melted. Add bananas and saute just until tender, turning once in 10 minutes. In bowl, blend softened ice cream and rum. Remove bananas to serving dish and spoon brown sugar glaze over them. Serve with ice-cream.
