Booking, Cancellations & Policies

• Cancellations, early departures and no shows are subject to a cancellation fee.
  • A service charge of $30 will apply when I am able to rebook the room(s) nights.
  • If I am not able to rebook the cancelled room(s) nights, the cancellation amount will be a one night's fee.
• Check-in time to be confirmed at time of booking.
• Check-out on day of departure by 10:00 a.m.
• Cash, Travellers Cheques, accepted
• Provincial Sales Tax of 10% (PST) additional

For example:

• You book a reservation for 3 nights, and you stay for 2 nights: I am not able to rebook the 3rd night, and you are charged for it.
• I take your reservation for 3 nights, and you stay for 2 nights: I rebook the 3rd night and you are charged a $30 service fee.

We understand that circumstances may arise causing you to cancel your reservation with us. However, being a small business and due to a short tourism season in Charlottetown, we have a cancellation policy. A confirmed reservation takes a room off line at time of booking, so this room is not visible for rent from the time you booked ?? Possibly January. When you cancel at the last minute, we are not able to re-book the room and this accounts for 1/4 of our day's revenue.
